hey doctorjha,
how sure r u about this oasis theory that after a month they will let u reapply whether your scores have been reported or not? i had the same problem, its been 6 weeks for me and now its letting me register even when my oasis has not reported my scores? where did u get this info about this system configuration? please reply, im really nervous. my friend took the test yesterday and they let her reapply for step1 as well right now. ithink there might be a weird glitch on the website or something.

if you try and look at the post "i passed (oasis failed me)" you might see there that the oasis trick doesn't work for everybody. it might work for some, but not everyone. just hang in there, and wait for the results in the mail. it's more reliable
