HI
I am really confused now about this california letter... Why do I need this, when do I need it?? Do I need it to apply for the residency in CA, or after compeating the residency to be board certifed in CA?
I read the website, but it confused me even more.... 
Please, help me, somebody... :?

You need to obtain the letter before applying for a residency position.
