Wegener's...Right?? If that's correct though, could somebody please help me out with the pathophys on that? I mean, what I know about W's is that its triad is upper & lower airways involved + kidneys in a "necrotizing vasculitis" (I don't *really* know what the heck that means)--so what happens that you get bilateral ear infections??

Inflammatory occlusion of the eustacian tubes?
Just a guess though I have no idea :? Never heard of bilateral ottitis media wrt Wegeners Granulamatosis though
