since we got no takers here...the answers are : These are all Giant Cells

1. Langhan Cell - note the horse shoe nucluei arrangement
2. Touton Cell - nuclear chain arrangement
3. Foreign Body giant cell - central clumping

What does "E" refer to in slide C? Is it a foreign body?
