I am an IMG and will take CS in July. I am a little worried about my medical term spelling. I have problem spelling some words, especially those long ones, correctly in the note. Does anyone know how this will affect your score? Will that cause a fail?

i really hope you get a PASS!! I am also an IMG,and intend to squedule for May-Jun 2006.I am studying alone, so is very very dificult for me.
And i can understand you ..we may be strong in physical examination, after all we are already doctors..and we know what to do , but we have to practice a lot writing and specially speaking because the SP dont know how good we are if we are unable to tell them what we think, what we do, and why etc...
