60 yrs old man complains of pain and numbmess in left leg on walking, which is relieved when he takes rest. Also he is complaining of impotence. Physical examination shows atrophy of leg muscles and normal reflexes. There is bruit over femoral artery. What is it:

a) Leriche synd
b) herniation of lumbar disc
c) phlagmasia alba dolens
d) osteoarthritis

Atherosclerosis caused by high society living (not actually but easier to remember) causing leg, buttock symptoms and impotence
