B) Ciprofloxacin

positive,
Cipro and the rest of FQ --> have an ideal Bioav.

Ampho B --> always IV(for systemic mycosis)

Gento (aminoglycoside) --> never PO

Polymixin B --> never PO (ophthalmic sol, IV, IM,etc) not used very freq just for refractory G(-) infections sometimes

Vancomycin --> non-absorbable from the GI wall --> makes it a good choice for C.Diff. infection (though more expensive than METRO that's why this is more often used!)
