visual memory of the brachial plexus is the key Erbs palsy is lesion in C5-6 during delivery or in adult following fall on the shoulder There is adduction of the arm, paralysis of abductor"deltoid"( axillary nerve C5-6) pronation, paralysis of supinator ,"biceps" musculocutaneous nerve (C5-6-7) and Medial rotation, paralysis of lateral rotator "infraspinatus" suprascapular nerve (C5) In Klumple there is lesion of lower roots C8-T1) So Mainly median and ulnar nerve So mainly small muscles of the hand (thener--> median nerve and Hypothener and interosseous muscle--->ulnar nerve) apply the sensory deficit according to dermatomes
