Which option is better for micro : Levinson or Clinical microbiology made ridicuously simple

  #2

I have made ridiculously simple and I think it's very good but sadly it doesn't have the immunology part so you have to stick somewhere else unless you don't have a strong prep in immunology.By the way I really like ridiculously simple because it really helps remembering all those bugs and viruses plus it has new chapter on bioterrorism and got prions on it.

HI, i've started Levinson 1 week ago and I find it very good, even sometimes too long. I think Levinson is better than "Made simple", especially in the imunology part. Try Levinson, adding the mnemonics from "Made simple" and then tell me how it worked.
Good luck!

I agree with you Dan.

made ridic. simple is the best, i believe, you got to have a short concise book... you dont need to remember all the tiny details that levinson has.. believe me

Levinson takes long time to read. Immunology from Levinson is excellent, but you have to read it at least twice

[B]HI,

well what about JAWETTZ......i m reading Jawettz these dayz...It has an excellent IMMUNOLOGY section but im going for the microbiology section from there as well.. the questions at the end are good..
