What is the requirement to participate in the PIPE? I filled IWA and form 183 but they tell me I don't qualify for the PIPE.

I don't know why you don't qualify for PIPE but I can say you that All PIPE SESSIONS ARE CURRENTLY FILLED. Are you currently scheduled for the Step 2CS? If not that might be the issue.
