The definitive diagnostic test is 3h 100g OGTT, which is used when the 1h 50g OGTT is abonormal. Four values are obtained, and the normal vaue are: FBS< 95 mg/dl, 1h < 180 mg/dl, 2h < 155 mg/dl, 3h < 140 mg/dl. 2. If only one of these 4 values is abnormal, the diganosis is "impaired glucose tolearance"; if two or more values of these 4 are abnormal, then GDM is diagnosed. :roll:
