My credentials are: 77/88 both 1st attempt, GC holder, 2004 graduate, 2 publications( 1 in dermatology and 1 in pediatrics) doing observership in a Pediatrics University based program, nut i want to do IM, and I couldn t find any observer here at my place, am i able to get a residency in a university program? or just university based -community program? thanks a lot.

I can't answer that question - you have to remember that my world is contained in this mid-size program that I have. The scores average to what many programs want, the GC is a good thing.
How are your interviewing skills? How well is your personal statement written? There are so many variables that I can't even begin to image.
I can't tell persons what their chances are.
