What is the genetic inheritance in a patient born w/ cleft lip/palate? Parents are normal and they are not related.

Ok mash. How about when it's a genetic disease. They simply say it's autosomal chromosome disease. They mean, autosomal dominant?

multifactorial means polygenic componet+ enviormental factors
(and for males the threshold is lower)
