hey guys! i'm seeking just one more piece of advice. though i can't promise it'll be the last! i was wondering what a good strategy for break time would be. i have been grazing for the past month instead of eating regular meals, so i figure i don't have to spend a long time eating a meal. but in terms of increased concentration, what would be good? thanks, guys!!! you're the best!

I've read somewhere that one should take a break from studying like every hour, hour and a half (data varies). When your mind starts wandering, or you feel like it's getting harder and harder to focus or you're getting restless, then take a break! I've noticed from my own experince that that's very helpful. I can stay really tuned in for an hour , and hour and a half at times maybe, and then I start losing my focus, then I would take a 10 minute break after which I feel much better and I can start studying again. Best of luck with your exam! A.

Kaplan suggests the following, after skipping the tutorial 2 blocks --------------->5 min break 1 block --------------->5 min break 1 block ========>30 min lunch 1 block --------------->5 min break 1 block --------------->5 min break Last block --------------->END with 10 min to spare, just in case you need to take a longer break somewhere. Good luck.
