MCC and Diagnostic Tests:
1a. HPV (melanoma is 2nd) , Biopsy is diagnostic
1b. DES exposure (HPV for SCC), Biopsy is diagnostic.
1c. HPV, Pap smear --> Colposcopy --> Biopsy.
1d. Excessive and unopposed estrogen (OCP, PCOS, obesity, nulliparity), Histopathology of endometrial sampling.
1e. Laproscopic surgery for diagnosis ??
1f. Increased ovulation and BRCA gene. Diagnosis is made with pelvic examination --> USG --> Laprotomy and surgrical staging.
2. endometrial and vaginal atropy, but endometrial ca should be ruled out.
Age hint: ~45 (cervical), ~55 (endometrial), ~65 (ovarian)
