47 yr old woman,diffciulty sleeping for 2 months,awakening at 3 am,remaing awake,worrying abt work even though she is tried.angina pectroris,stent plasment 6 months agao,another 4 months ago..chest pain recur 1 month ago,now pain daily.works as an attorney and thinks she has been given a lost of work for the last 1 yr.used to enjoy her work but now,fpr the past month ..no organice cause of pain found..she doesnt enjoy work for 1 month.se is a cook but now doenst enjoy food becuase she doesnt ike the taste of food..sad worried mood..reactive affect..oriented..becums desponent when she thinks abt her pain

Hi,
she has 5 or more symptoms of depression for last 2 weeks ,i.e SIGECAPS so its dignostic for major depression.
adjustment has always a stressor to start a problem
