DEAR FRIENDS, 
PLEASE answer this, i would like to do those two papers with self assesment and immediate feedback from nbme!!!
How do i go about it,do i need to buy it from the website and do it online??
and also does the question content and quality!!! how closely does it correspond to real exam???
ALSO DIFFRENT VERSIONS DO THEY HAVE DIFFRENT QUESTIONS EVRYTIME WE PURCHASE IT!!!!!!
please answer.

just go to nbme.org and follow the links for step 1>self-assessment. there are two 4 hours exams and that's it (so you won't get different qs after these two) for $45 each. it's online, but please be aware that it only does an assessment, but doesn't tell you the correct answers or anything. most people recommend buying the slower timed test (4 hours for each 1 hour section) so you can have time to carefully review before you submit bc at least 3 qs will be repeated on your step 1.
i think it's possible to buy it from some people who somehow found a way to download the questions, but i don't know how reliable that is.
i've consistently heard that it's the closest thing to the real usmle, and many people have recommended it over qbank as an accurate assessment of how you will score.
