can anyone reply me regarding....... the immediete management (antibiotics)if u r ordered to give only one without culture and sensitivity test in a patient of CCF in hospital for one month duration....along with the dosage and duration..thank u

mcc are gram -ve rods
give 3rd generation cephalosporine
or floroquinolone
duration of treatment 7 days, dipending on the clinical situation of the patient (general condition, age, respond or no to treatment, ........)
