A study of 200 subjects with colonic polyposis, 20 developed colonic ca over the 10 year of follow up period. to estimate the relative risk of colonic polyposis for the development of colon ca which of the following group would be the best ?
A. healthy medical student
B. subject with no evidence of colonic polyposis
C. A similar group of subjects with colonic polyposis
D a contol group

also B sound good to me not exposed to risk factor so I will go to B now grin

Relative risk is Incidence in Exposed / Incidence in Unexposed so I think B would be the right answer although I can't figure out why a control group wouldn't serve the same purpose . . . hmm

control group is not correct because it is not case control study
it is cohart study
