also B sound good to me not exposed to risk factor so I will go to B now

Relative risk is Incidence in Exposed / Incidence in Unexposed so I think B would be the right answer although I can't figure out why a control group wouldn't serve the same purpose . . . hmm

control group is not correct because it is not case control study it is cohart study
