i think its muscarinic receptors

The parasympathetic nervous system is responsible for maintaining normal bladder function, contracting the bladder smooth muscle (detrusor) and relaxing the bladder outlet during micturition.

Contraction of the bladder involves direct contraction via M3 receptors and an indirect 're-contraction' via M2-receptors whereby a reduction in adenylate cyclase activity reverses the relaxation induced by -adrenoceptor stimulation.

bladder has both pararsympathetic and sympathetic innervation
PSAM causes contrraction of trigone and relaxation of sphincters so, causes micturition(receptors---M3 on smooth ms of bladder)

SAM--(alpha 1 receptors) causes retention of urine

M2, alpha2 and D2 act by Gi
Beta 1 and2 by Gs
M1 ,3& alpha1 by Gq
