I have recently take the step 1 exam on the 9th June 2004. The results apprently take 6 weeks. After that one can register for the CS & once you get the permit.. you can go ahead & schedule the CS. As of today.. the 17th June 2004.. the earl;iest date in Atlanta is 21st October.... by the time the red tape is crossed.... Dec 31st deadline will have elapsed as well ........ what a story to tell.... is step 1 in June 2004 i.e 6 months before the deadline... still not in time for the 2005 Match as the CS results were late ????!!
