A 32 year old patient with no complaints presents to you with the sudden onset of hemoptysis since 3 days.....otheriwse clinical history and examination revealed nothing What is your likely Diagnosis? What is your next best step ?

:-({|= GOOOD Coorect answer.... Bronchial adenoma....commonly presents with hemoptysis otherwise asymptomatic.... Lesion is commonly central....and the first investigation as in any case oif lung syptoms... is CXR and that chould reveal a central lesion. A peripheral lesion is commonly see with a hamatoma (pop-corn calicifcation) Because it is centrally located ..it is reachable by a bronchospope....
