Here's what I know about it.
Most common purpura in children, involves small vessels. Follows a viral disease.
IgA depostion in vessels (type 3 hypersensitivity), associate it with Berger's disease.
Buttock rash is present. Also polyarthritis.
Renal impairment is common, and when occurs should be treated with corticosteroids.

In the explanation it also says immunoglobulin can be used for it.

Most of the patients resolve spontaneously in weeks to months and if this doesn´t happen, then you give prednisone.

Another triggers are an immunization or a drug.
