HIs STARS book seems difficult and requires time commitment, but at the end you feel like you know a lot. Has anybody read STARS big book? Do you think it is enough or is it better to read path review also?

I think that you don't need to read both books

Thank you for your responce, I have read that it is better to read material from one book. However, after reading Goljan, I always want to get to BRS pathology and read it also. I wonder if is this is a good idea to read from two books, but STARS Golgan is too long, and BRS is easy to read after Goljan, it looks like it helps to memorize better.

Dr Goljan is my Pathology professor and I feel blessed, let me tell you. He does, however, have strict anti-taping requirements and copyright notices on all his notes, and he swears he will prosecute any student who engages in anything like that. I am sure the stuff is out there, but honestly, his STARS book is so much like his lecture notes. He realy does nail the info, from what previous classes tell me. Do a ebay search for Goljan.
