how do you diagnose and treat it? 8)

Diagnosis is by PE, development of sec. sex. charact. in girls <8yrs or boys <9 yrs.

Management depends on the cause. MCC is idiopathic and Rx is a GnRH analogue. How it works, I dont know.

Neither I can understand why use GnRH agonist for therapy. May be continuous action of the drug (versus pulsatile secretion from the body) have a role here.

GnRH stimulation test is used to confirm the diagnosis. Thanks.

Yes, GnRH is pulsed in therapy for infertility, but continuous use downregulates endogenous sex hormone synthesis, and shuts down the axis.
