I have a question for those that have taken the Exam for USMLE STEP 1 and especially those that have had such good scores :wink: . Iam a liitle confused on what books to use for immunology and genetics. I have Kaplan2001 , HY And medical immunology and microbiology byAppleton and Lange Author is Jawetz. Atleast this is for immunology. FOr gentics only Kaplan. Please give recommendations.

I think the Lange book by Jawetz is excellent for immuno, and also more than enough for micro.
