patient with DM and bradycardia, which antihypertantion :?:

easy pal,
"Alpha-1 blocekrs" they are both good in DM (reduce LDL; not sure about Suger though :!: ) and also cause reflex Tachycardia but also cause OH specialy during the first dose (First dose phenomenon) and if given orally might cause Nuasea
nevertheless if you are talking about "Diabetic Nephrapathy" then DOC is ACE-Is.
