I have a question: is it OK if you pass Step 3 in one state and then get a residency in another state where 1 year of residency training required before Step 3? Do I need to take Step 3 once again in that state in order to get their license???

USMLE Exams are not state exams, you can only pass it once. You will not need to take it for multiple states ___________________ bbb - trying to combine common sense and humour into realistic answers, but not going to guess on anyone's chances of getting into a position....
