hey salman!....congrats....well done..... 
my result got announced on june 30th too....but i gave my address here in islamabad.....so I wonder how long it will take...anyways...my exam didnt go that well...so...im not expecting too good a score 
when r u giving your step 2 cs and step 2 ck?...and do we just apply online or do we have to fill out those forms again?
