First of all my prayers that your brother gets well soon.I pray that lord jesus and his angels protect him and give ur brother the strength he needs.
I do have a few queries and hope u will have some time to answer them.
1. Some of the hospitals require that the IMG has few months of clinical experience in US,which includes responsiblity for patient care and follow up.And a few hospitals even add that observerships and volunteer work will not satisfy.In such a case how does one gain the necessary clinical experience?Is it thro the private practitioners?or is there any other way ...say as a medical or clinical assistant?
2.when should one finish their step 3 exams at the earliest so that they can be considered for a h1. I will be taking my step 2 CS by end of aug and as the ecfmg states the results may take a month or two ,..and it is only after that i will be able to apply for my step 3 .Will the timing affect my getting a H1?
