Kaplan Notes are actually more than enough for the exam.
Concentrate on Nerve lesions (Brachial and Lumbosacral Plexus) and Neuroscience issues. You need to know what nerve innervates groups of muscles and what is seen in the patient if that nerve is lesioned. Try Road Map Gross Anatomy- (Amazon. com) a condensed veriosn of the Kaplan notes
