Recurrent PUD resistant to treatment+ diarrhea+ malabsorption+mild hypercalcemia.............wat does it suggest or wat is ur diagnosis???
Wat is the best way/test to follow treated H.Pylori infection?????

Sounds like Multiple End. Neoplasia type 1 to me.......
ZES and 1ry hyperparathryoidism.....

Well, guest, this becomes a MEN`1 and NOT JUST ZE-- SYN, coz of the mention of the hyparecalcemia here in the combination........
If it was ONLY recurrent PUD resistant to t/t,malabsorption and diarrhea, it wud've been ZE syn , which is due to (pancreatic) GASTRINOMAS...........but, now that hypercalcemia added, u have hyperparathyroidism too.........
and so, we say finally, it's a MEN1.........(PARATHYROID+PANCREATIC+PITUITARY)!!!!!!!
And how do u confirm ZE syn,..........i guess, the answer wud be to look for the tumor, gastrinoma, ..........do a CT........ grin
