1.Elderly gentleman has large ecchymosis but no problems with coagulation factors or peripheral bloood components. What's the diagnosis? 2.larngoscpopy of a chronic smoker with c/o hoarseness shows one vocal cord covered with white material. what's the diagnosis? 3.H&E of lung tissue with multinucleated giant cells.What's the diagnosis?
