I can't attach the pic, don't know why. it's about a dissected transverse colon segment with a polyploid adenoma larger than 2cm, pt is 56 with ob+. I picked adenocarcinoma. some say it's tubular adenoma

more than 2 cm is not good my friend, not good. remember that.
