most important RF; diabetes
clinical presentation; diaphoresis, nausea +/- vomiting, tachy or bradycardia +/- dyspnea

DM is the major fisk factor of Silent MI. Silent MI does not have chest pain but present as CHR, shock, confusion and delirium. Thanks.
