What is the difference in etiology?
What are the treatment?

in nutcracker oesophagus there will be increased/high amplitude peristaltic contractions whereas in DES they r nonperistaltic uncordinated contractions .

Treatment for both is same i.e nitrates and Ca channel blockers.
