is there a confirmation page we should print like step 1 and ck beside the scheduling permit and bring for cs centers?

yes,take the confirmation of the scheduling date with you also.you can find it when you go to ecfmg.org,then step2cs calendar and scheduling.after the step with your identification number and password you'll fint prin or reprint your confirmation note.
