I would like to know if IMG who has finished medical school , residency and fellowship recently( Canada) ,has a reasonable chance of being accepted in a US residency program?

u have very good chance to get in residency here if u pass the usmle.You might be able to save one year also accoring to what i heard, not sure

But if you finishe your medical school in Canada you are not an IMG!!!

thanks so much for your response.I am an IMG since I finished medical school and residency in the Philippines and just came to Canada for my fellowship. I also did some electives in the USA.

How high do you think my score should be in the USMLE? I am just scared to take another basic exam again...
