hii every1,,i just need to ask you guys 1 thing,,do we need to check orthostatic hypotesion in a case like dizziness or other related cases,,becuz it'll take time to do that,and if not then shd i put ths in investigation,,my cs is on 18t of june,phl inshaALLAH,so plz help me,,thanks.

you don't check the orthostatic signs,write them in the workup....

I agree with tina. You simply ask for "Orthostatic Vital signs" so that BP and HR are done.
