Frothy discharge
Flagellates
Flagyl as drug of choice
First trimester dont use Flagyl
Frequent douching to be done in first trimester.

please correct me :
i think the alternative to Metronidazole is " Clindamycine " in pregnancy.
PS: add another to pnemonic F = Forget about Alchol . ( metro causes disulfram like reaction)
