Hi guys,I just want a little clarification about something i'm having some trouble with.I have completed the online part of the application for the step 1,then we are supposed to fill out a form 180(that we have to get notarized).With the form, I have to send a copy of my medical diploma and two photos. Do I have it right up to this point? My confusion is about whether we have to send one or two copies of the diploma and whether or not we have to send a copy of our college transcript or not. I have my transcript should i send a copy?
any help will be greatly appreciated.
