the commonest CVS involvement in DOWN Syndrome is ENDOCARDIAL CUSHION DEFECTS( DEFECTS INV BOTH ATRIAL & VENTR SEPTA i.e AV Canal defects),FOLL BY PDA,ASD,VSD.
