A mother brings her 3 yo son to the clinic with a h/o recurrent blister formation after minor trauma.An interview with the mother reveals that the father is an alcoholic , a heavy smoker & has temper tantrums.
Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?
1.Ehlers-danlos syn.
2.Systemic sclerosis
3.Epidermolysis bullosa
4.Osteogenesis imperfecta
5.Child abuse

Now i can't really choose between 3 and 5. But eventhough child abuse could be obvious I would say epidermolysis bullosa, a rear dermatological disoder

CORRECT galad.........
This is an inherited condition that affects 1 in 50.000people in US,in which skin breaks down & forms blisters usually after a minor trauma.Even stretching the skin causes the lesion & this is done for confirming diagnosis.
