Now i can't really choose between 3 and 5. But eventhough child abuse could be obvious I would say epidermolysis bullosa, a rear dermatological disoder

CORRECT galad......... This is an inherited condition that affects 1 in 50.000people in US,in which skin breaks down & forms blisters usually after a minor trauma.Even stretching the skin causes the lesion & this is done for confirming diagnosis.
