Do graduates now need medical school transcript to apply for step1????????? For step2, i just send copies of my medical diploma and clinical rotations. I am really concerned about this as my school is really slow in getting stuff done. I am planning on taking step1 in coupla months and try for 2005 match. If transcript is a factor, my application process is gonna get delayed. anyone with better knowledge plz reply <:help:>

I think you need the final medical school transcript to get the ECFMG certificate but not necessary to apply for USMLE Step 1.

prep4 usmle is right.however if u want to match in 2005 u need to submit the transcript as soon as possible because they still have to verify it from ur med school before they issue ur ecfmg certificate which u need to match. so dont delay, get ur transcript now and send it to ecfmg immediately.try to get the process hastened from ur med school.
