the FBS is >95 + its GDM... will it require insulin threapy or will we manage it with diet control...
if insulin therapy then it should be class A2...???

i think it should be A2....according to kaplan notes...
A1....with normal FBS not requiring insulin
A2....with elevated FBS requiring insulin
