It actually is A, I think. The measles bug causes Warthin-Finkeldey giant cells to form and promotes lymphoid hyperplasia. In adults, a fecalith obstruction is the cause of appy, but in kids, it is obstruction from lymphoid.

By statstics, the answer is "otitis media".

Arggghhh.after I posted, I figured that lymphoid hyperplasia was just as likely to happen in the oropharynx than anywhere, which could block off the eustachia drainage.
