I have only 03 months to prepare for Step 1. Should I try to study through subject specific books (NMS, BRS, etc.) or should I focus on studying the First Aid and going through as many questions as I can? Thanks for any input!

Questions are important but I would not study only from FA as the only review source.

BRS or HY type of books are written for a rapid review.
Browse them in a bookstore and see if they fit your style.
You can also browse our category with Step 1 Books.
Also download the ratings from the First Aid.
