null hypothesis is just the oppsite of wat has to be proved
we never accept it.
we either reject it or fail to reject it
type 1 error is error of commission( i.e doing something we r not supposed to do)--- we reject the null hypothesis when it is actually true,
tytpe 2 error is error of omission( i.e failure to do wat we r supposed to do)--- failure to reject null hypothesis when it is actually not true
and an imp pt--- u can make type 1 error only if u reject the hypothesis
u can make type 2 error only if u do not reject the null hypothesis
