Hwo much is the toxic dose of acetaminophen in adults?

What are the factors that decrease/increase this toxic dose?

About 7-10 grams (14 to 20 tablets of 500mg each) is toxicity dose; and 12-15 gram (24 to 30 talbets) can be fatal.

Acute alcoholics can dec the severity of intoxicationy; but chronic alcoholics can inc it boz the former inhibit but the latter induce CYP 3A4. I think other drugs having similar effects on CYP 3A4 have similar effects on acetaminophen intoxication. Please correct me if no so.

Hope others add more. thanks.
