I dont think the question have enough information

This is what I knows. Preeclampsia can either be mild or severe dependent on the BP.

Mild =>close to term => delivery of the baby, if
Not close to term => bed rest

Severe => control BP w/hydralazine w/ or w/o labetalol. Then prevent seizures with MgSO4. When patient is stabalizes, delivery of baby through C-section

Base on this question. I would have to guess delivery of the baby since you did not mention anything about severe HTN.

Hey mash, did they ask for the DEFINITE tx for pre-eclampsia in the q stem? B/c in that case, it would be delivery of the baby.
